comprises
the

1. Members of the House of Representatives and the Senate
2. Executives and members of political parties
3. National and local politicians
4. Civil servants, officials or personnel from government agencies, independent
organizations, government enterprises and local administrative organizations
5. Officials or personnel from international organizations involved with the
functions of parliament and promotion of parliamentary reform
6. Academics involved with improvement of knowledge in terms of the
parliamentary system and parliamentary reform
7. Community development organizations, community leaders, local leaders,
groups or networks from the public sector and the civil society sector
8. Representatives from private sector organizations
9. Various branches of public media
10. Scholars, students and undergraduates
11. Interested individuals

Operational
Format
The KPI Congress XV will comprise the following three main activities:
4.1 Addresses
The addresses allow experts possessing knowledge, expertise and experience in
Dharmarãjã to speak on the topic. For this congress there will be an opening keynote
address and a closing keynote address.
1) The opening keynote address will be presented by a qualified foreign
expert, and will deal with the topic of “Dharmarãjã”, the virtues of
leaders, and governance principles.
2) The closing keynote address will be given by a qualified expert from
Thailand on the topic of “Dharmarãjã”.
