their privileges and powers. A proper facilitated and successful
discussion ends without a winner, but with the best outcome for
the society or the group as the whole.
However, good facilitation is a true art - you could fill
libraries with all the available techniques and tools. Gen. Ekkachai
Srivilas, Dr.Chalat Pratheuangrattana and Dr. Apinya Tissamana,
three Almunis of FNF’s International Academy for Leadership in
Gummersbach, spared no efforts to find best practice examples.
With the advice of FNF’s Programme Manager Dr.Pimrapaat
Dusadeeisariyakul, an experienced facilitator, they collected the most
promising tools for the Thai context. The result is impressive and
a bright example of the fruitful cooperation between KPI and FNF.
FNF is determined to continue this great partnership and
