1) Keynote speech : opening keynote address special keynote

address and closing keynote address. There will be
addresses by local and foreign experts possessing knowledge,
expertise, and experience regarding the role of constitutions

and political mechanisms in developing democracy during
transition periods at both global and national level.

2) Academics Seminar : The objective is to serve as a forum
for exchanging opinions and brainstorming from international

and Thai experiences concerning democracy in transition
periods, constitutions and political mechanisms to promote,
develop and drive sustainable democracy.
The academic seminar will consist of panel discussions

and group discussions:
(1) Panel discussions are forums for qualified experts to
make presentations about aspects of the Congress topic.

(2) Group discussions will feature presentation of articles and

research findings, and discussion of the presentations.
Summary conclusions of the group discussions will be
presented in a plenary session.

3) Exhibition : The objective of the exhibition is to disseminate
information and provide concrete illustration of a body of
knowledge. There will be presentations of case studies on

relevant topics and an activity space form for all participants.

4. Target group

The target group of 1,000 persons comprises:

1) Members of the National Legislative Assembly
