ได้เลย การปราบโกงต้องทำให้อำนาจโปร่งใสตรวจสอบได้จากหลายภาคส่วน กลไก
ของรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับนี้เป็นแค่หนูทดลองยาหรือรัฐธรรมนูญในอุดมคติเท่านั้นเอง

Abstract

Thai politicians and other political office holders with corruptions
are considered as a long chronic problem of Thai society. This obstacle
causes negative impacts towards the country and be a major
impediment to economic, political and social development in all
dimensions. Thailand has been trying to solve the problem of corruption
continuously by formulating various mechanisms in the Constitution
including integrating of corruption solutions in all sectors; however, the
problems of corruption seem not reduced as expected.

As mentioned, the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand
B.E.2560 formulated the stronger anti-corruption mechanisms than in
any previous constitutions. This issued constitution is called the
constitution against the fraud. The mechanisms in this constitution focus
on the prevention and suppression of corruption, especially on the
political aspects of the country. The measures of the prevention and
suppression of corruption are mentioned in section 1 To prevent the
stigmatized people with fraud from political returns, section 2 To
discharge any immoral politician from a political position by political
process, and section 3 To permit independent organizations to maintain
fiscal discipline of the state, control of populist policies.

To establish anti-corruption mechanisms by authorizing and
delegating independent entities to control the political sector was not
able to solve the problem of political corruption. The suppression of
corruption really needed transparent authority to investigate from
multiple sectors. Unluckily, the mechanisms of this constitution was just
a guinea pig or the constitution in the ideal.
