สังคหวัตถุ 4 พละ 4 อธิษฐานธรรม 4 อริยสัจ 4 อิทธิบาท 4
เวสารัชชกรณธรรม 5 เบญจศีล เบญจธรรม สารณียธรรม 6 สัปปุริสธรรม 7
อปริหาณิยธรรม 7 มรรคมีองค์ 8 กุศลกรรมบถ 10 และ นาถกรณธรรม 10

2) กรอบหลักสูตรการศึกษาเพื่อสร้างพลเมืองตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนา โดย
แบ่งเป็น 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ แนวคิดพื้นฐาน จุดมุ่งหมาย เนื้อหาสาระ
การจัดการเรียนรู้ และการวัดและการประเมินผล และ 3) กรอบหลักสูตร

การศึกษาเพื่อสร้างพลเมืองตามแนวพระพุทธศาสนามีความสอดคล้องกับบริบท
ของสังคมไทย เพราะยึดโยงองค์ประกอบสำคัญ 2 ประการ ได้แก่ การเป็นคนดี
บนฐานของหลักการทางศาสนาและการเป็นพลเมืองที่ดีตามระบอบประชาธิปไตย

เข้าด้วยกันอย่างสมดุล

Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to analyze the dharmic
principle that related to the civic education, 2) to develop the civic
education curriculum framework based on the Buddhism, and 3) to
evaluate the civic education curriculum framework based on the
Buddhism. The research methodology was Mixed methods research and
consisted of 3 steps: 1) the documentary study: the research samples
were Tripitaka, textbooks, books, articles, and researches about the
dharmic principle that related to the civic education and, 2) the Delphi
technique research: the research samples were 17 experts about the
civic education and the Buddhism that were selected by purposive
sampling, and 3) the curriculum framework evaluation: the research
samples were 30 elementary and secondary teachers that would like to
implement this curriculum framework for instruction. The research
instruments were the content analysis form, the Delphi questionnaire,
