3. Suggestions from the research
From the suggestions of the key informants and related documents, including
from the observation of the researcher, the suggestions for developing the work of peer
mediation in schools are found as follows:
3.1 A mediation process allows all parties to feel that it is the safe zone
where they can provide information fully; therefore, the place for mediation should be
arranged in private and secret with a relaxed atmosphere or makes those who use the
place feel comfortable.
3.2 Build and disseminate the body of knowledge on the culture of peace
and peer mediation to all personnel in schools continuously, especially building
motivation to the school administrators so they can push forward and implement the
work of peer mediation.
3.3 Disseminate the work of peer mediation and let others see the benefits
of talking with rules leading to the satisfaction of all parties. There should also be a
strong and continuous system of public relations as well as several channels for public
relations through various media.
3.4 Build and expand a team of peer mediators at the junior high and senior
high secondary schools, including at the university level, by letting juniors to learn the
work of peer mediation from seniors continuously.

prevention through various projects and activities. Not only the work in mediation when
there is a problem but also conflict that should be resolved well.
